  Comments Good breakfast Facilities. The genral public areas were eccellent and stylish very nice staff. The bed was very confortable.

  Comments Space, lots of it . Rooms are big, really big for London. Location was perfect for all we needed to do. Kitchen was massive and very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine rance cooktop and conventional.

Cafe Royal Hotel in London

Location Hotel is located on Regent Street. A ten minute walk from Leicester Squera and Piccadilly Circus.
Room City views in the rooms and free Wi-Fi. All of the rooms have bathtub and separete shower.

  Comments Excellent position for theatres, Regent Street and Piccadilly area. Very warm and welcoming service. Like everything else in this world you get what you pay for. Although not cheap nor indeed not excessively expensive the quality of service, rooms and food were excellent.

Like all London hotel rooms, they're very small, however the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms/showers. We had two rooms - the "Club" room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet and roomier than the non-Club room, which was facing the street and was very noisy. The staff was professional and nice to us - they tried their best to help out with any issues. There is no internet in the rooms. Hotel was just down the street from great restaurants and Underground and train stations so very convenient.

  Comments The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The room was very clean, as was the hotel in general. The hotel is just a few streets back from Oxford St. so it is in a great location to be near to where there is a lot going on, but also a very quiet neighbourhood at night. Also only a short walk to two tube stations so easy to get around. Concierge service was great, so useful to be able to leave bags after check-out. I would definitely use this hotel again.

  Comments The hotel looks impressive on entry and the staff are very polite. For the price the room is fairly small. The bathroom, again small, looks like it's not been updated for a good 10-15 years. The Chinese restaurant for dinner was extremely good quality, although expensive, you feel like you're getting what you paid for. Breakfast (in the same place), however, was appalling. Service was shoddy and lacked proper management. The hot buffet was not filled regularly, more in bulk so that when I got to the bacon it was like eating rubber. So verdict...update your rooms and sort out the breakfast, that will increase ratings. Until then, I won't be staying again.
