Comments The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The room was very clean, as was the hotel in general. The hotel is just a few streets back from Oxford St. so it is in a great location to be near to where there is a lot going on, but also a very quiet neighbourhood at night. Also only a short walk to two tube stations so easy to get around. Concierge service was great, so useful to be able to leave bags after check-out. I would definitely use this hotel again.
